Refund policy

This policy covers memberships bought directly on pulsepasswords.net. It sits alongside your legal rights as a consumer, which it does not replace. Cancelling and refunding are two different things: cancelling stops future charges, while a refund returns money already taken.

If Pulse Passwords membership is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will return it in full. This guarantee applies once per customer, to a first membership.

1. Stop renewals from your account, so nothing is charged again.
2. Email hello@pulsepasswords.net from the address on the account, with the order reference from your receipt.

We aim to answer within two business days. You do not need to explain your reasons for a first-month request.

We email a reminder before each renewal, so there is time to cancel if you no longer want to continue.

If a renewal is charged and you had meant to cancel, contact us within 14 days of that charge. Where the membership has not been substantially used since the renewal, we will refund it as a courtesy.

• Requests made after the windows above, other than where the law says otherwise.
• Repeat claims from the same person or payment method.
• Accounts closed for fraud, abuse, or licence resale.
• Memberships bought somewhere other than pulsepasswords.net, which the seller you bought from must handle.

If you are in the EU, the UK, or the EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because a membership starts immediately at checkout so that you can download and use the software straight away, you are asked to acknowledge that the service begins at once, which can affect that right.

The guarantee above is given voluntarily and in addition to those rights. Nothing here takes away a remedy you have by law.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. We issue them promptly once approved; your bank or card issuer usually takes a further five to ten business days to post the credit. A refunded membership ends, and vouchers issued under it may be deactivated.

Please contact hello@pulsepasswords.net before raising a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always resolve a billing question faster than a dispute can. Chargebacks filed without contacting us, or after a refund has already been approved, may lead to the account being closed and the related fees being recovered.
